I was there for 1 night and ate at casual restaurant of which the buffet is different every day of the week. I had a comfortable bed, and a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The service was excellent and the location was exceptionally nice.
Some of the staff were a bit rude.

A Wonderful Beach Experience
During my stay at Palau Pacific Resort, I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing beach and snorkeling right off the shore. The calm waters and beautiful reef made it a perfect spot for snorkeling and standup paddleboarding. The staff were very helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The breakfast offered was delicious and the view from the resort was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely great hotel, I really enjoyed it. The location was beautiful and incredible, the staff were very amiable. Also, Rock Islands was 3 miles away. The airport was 12 miles away. The stay was absolutely extra special.

Had a really amazing stay here. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, I loved its remote location close enough to other well developed tourist destination such as Thailand, Maldives as well as the sea. Thanks to the supper friendly staff everything was amazing. The breakfast was perfect and outstanding on the water-typically diving and had a wide array of food.

Had a fantastic New Year's celebration at a serene resort in Palau. Enjoyed the gorgeous scenery, including stunning sunset views and opportunities for snorkeling with colorful fish and coral. Loved the free daily breakfast and welcoming staff.
The WiFi connection could have been better, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family. there were no activities available for children, so it may not be the best option for families with young kids.

The hotel had a nice ocean view and a relaxing pool area. They also had a good breakfast spread with a lot of food options. The location was convenient, and we were able to explore nearby attractions easily.
The rooms were not very clean, and we encountered some bugs during our stay. The staff was also not very accommodating and seemed to be uninterested in making our stay comfortable.
